Look Good, Feel Good

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but its a category that covers the physical, spiritual, emotional & mental well-being as whole.

For me, I like to mix it up with a variety of movements including weight-lifting, dance and HIIT Classes, but there are also moments when I need to sit still to reflect and recover... or better yet park on the couch and eat that carb-loaded meal without feeling guilty.

The key take away is that your Health & Fitness journey is just that.. YOURS!! It's all about balance. Know that whether you're a size 2 or Size 10 and up, that if you're proud of who you are as a whole, you are beasting it this category!

 

Personally fitness is more fun in numbers! Its ALL about ACCOUNTABILITY. When you work out with others, you add a layer of protection. Meaning, in the times that you fall off, there's someone who will check in with you to ensure you aren't breaking your promise to yourself.
